If you are local to the NC Triad, and would like to pick up your order (& avoid shipping costs/packaging/emissions), feel free to pay through the site and select Local Pickup, or alternately pay through Venmo, PayPal, cash or check. Use the Friends & Family option on PayPal. Checks payable to Sydney Crutchfield. Email me to coordinate pickup. Books are $25 + $2 tax. $27 total each before shipping.

I’ve decided—Yellow is the color of Scotland.
At least in the springtime, the chakra of willpower,
solar plexus punch of gold / A bouquet of spikey gorse
with pure intentions. Patchwork paint across the hillside,
a striped yellow bumblebee / struggling on gravel
I carry to a waiting dandelion, Rest in power.
Theres an impatience to yellow,
a nudge to advance, or perhaps the urge to slow.
The grey area in between flashing lights —
Should I stay or should I go?
Rapeseed fields, still neon in the growing dusk.
Birch tree groves that heal, rebuild a broken trust...
